Hello, my name is Sean Monteiro with EXIT East Carolina Realty in NC as well as EXIT Realty
Professionals in VA. I am a REALTOR® that serves buyers and sellers interested in residing and investing in the areas in NC (Moyock, Gates County area, and through Elizabeth City) Currituck Communities, and in VA the Hampton Roads Area. I specialize in the Virginia
Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, in VA and Currituck communities of North Carolina. I am

After the US Air Force moved us around the world, my family and I decided to make Virginia
Beach our home in 2015. Serving for over 25 years presented many locations to settle the world over, but we found that Hampton Roads checked all the boxes. Whether it is the boundless work and leisure options, excellent schools, beautiful beaches and resort areas, or the many historical and entertainment attractions, Hampton Roads has so much to offer everyone. When I am not providing superior service to clients, I enjoy boogie boarding with my kids, visiting local attractions and events with my family, or discovering the unique restaurants that the area has to offer.
