Hi! My name is Christina Marie Block and I specialize in real estate and land sales here in southeastern North Carolina as well as commercial property. My professional background consists of Accounting, Information Technology and Paralegal. I have worked with clients in various markets, not just real estate. I am aware of the legal aspects of the real estate business since I have worked for a law firm specializing in real estate law. I work hard but will not ever compromise my strong work ethic. To further my knowledge of the housing and lending market, I am studying for my mortgage broker's license to improve services that I can offer to my clients.

 

I am married to George Block and we have a son. We have strong beliefs in community service and quality education and how important it is for future generations. George and I did a lot of research on finding quality public schools for our son when we decided to move to North Carolina. We found our way to Hampstead and the Topsail School System. We moved here in 2003 from Connecticut after falling in love with the warmth of this community, mild winters and excellent golf year round.

 

I decided to change careers to real estate when I moved to NC because I truly enjoy helping people and seeing the excitement on the faces of new home owners or when a home owner sells their home. I get a lot of personal satisfaction when I can assist my client find the perfect home. I am dedicated to the needs of my buyers and sellers and will always go the extra distance for my clients. I am knowledgeable in today's real estate market and since George is in the construction business, I have knowledge of the building industry as well. I work closely with my builders and only choose to work with those who are reputable and produce a high quality product.

 

I am an avid golfer, dedicated to my family, friends, and clients, enjoy volunteering at my son's school, gardening, traveling, The Boston Red Sox & New England Patriots and of course, LOVE MY JOB!!!
