Branddon was born and raised in Northern Indiana near South Bend; home of the University of Norte Dame's Fighting Irish! As a native of the Hoosier state, Branddon attended Indiana University and has spent over 20 years in retail, sales, customer service, as well as leadership and management. 

Branddon established a passion for real estate coupled with a desire to help diverse residents of his community find their dream house. As a result, he received additional schooling and became licensed as a real estate agent in the great state of North Carolina.

The salty sea air and his growing family brought Branddon to Wilmington, where his wife practices as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Assistant Professor at UNCW. His daughter attends Topsail High School and his twin toddler boys keep the whole family on their toes. Branddon enjoys spending time with his family, getting in 18 holes of golf on a beautiful day, and engaging in his own "do it yourself" projects around the house.

With a mind focussed on professionalism and respect and a heart focussed on dedication and patience, Branddon aims to partner with his clients not only to find a house to purchase, but also to build their dream home.
