Hi! My name is Christina Marie Block and I specialize in real estate and land sales here in southeastern North Carolina as well as commercial property. My professional background consists of Accounting, Information Technology and Paralegal. I have worked with clients in various markets, not just real estate. I am aware of the legal aspects of the real estate business since I have worked for a law firm specializing in real estate law. I work hard but will not ever compromise my strong work ethic. To further my knowledge of the housing and lending market, I am studying for my mortgage broker's license to improve services that I can offer to my clients.

I worked in Real Estate in N.J. many years ago doing General Real Estate as well as Commercial Building Management. Left Real Estate for a career in Travel and my last position was Director of Corporate and Incentive for Liberty Corporate Travel, part of LibGo which at the time was the 6th largest travel company in the US. I saw all the parts of the world that I had always dreamed about and met fantastic people along the way.
Hello, my name is Shari Von Hassel and I am excited to be a part of EXIT East Carolina Realty.
I am originally for Long Island, New York. After many trips back and forth to North Carolina, my family decided it was time to move. In 2004, we made our home in Hampstead, North Carolina.
My husband, Jim, works at Camp LeJeune, our son, Jameson, recently ended his Navy career, and our daughter, Jaime, attends college at Appalachian State.
I am a native Carolinian, originally from Roseboro. After graduating with a Communication degree from UNCW, I moved to Los Angeles to utilize my degree in the Entertainment Industry.
After 27 successful years, I wanted to give my daughter the opportunity to grow up in a similar environment that I enjoyed as a child. I relocated to the coastal town of Hampstead to be near friends & family and obtained my Real Estate license in 2014. I recently transferred companies and joined fellow colleagues at EXIT East Carolina Realty in Hampstead and look forward to guiding clients to fulfill their real estate needs.
